Dalälva Wine tastings & Consulting offers High Quality Wine Education and consulting for Restaurants, and Restaurant employees. This includes teaching you, and your staff the science behind Food- & Wine pairing, furthering knowledge of grapes, regions, and vinification. Also learning about organic vs. biodynamic grape growing, wine defects, dessert wines, can be chosen as added lectures.
We also offer writing of new wine lists based on your restaurants menu, seasonally, or year round. As well as editing, and or completing/supplementing existing wine lists.
